Does That Pandora Come Standard?

In a move that should have satellite radio companies nervous, internet music service Pandora today announced plans to make it’s service a built-in feature in cars within a few years.

pandoraAlready, Pandora users with smart phones have figured out how to bring their music to their cars by downloading the Pandora mobile app, then plugging the phone into the auxiliary jack on their car stereo; but Pandora wants to take that a step further and actually build the service into new cars.

GigaOm is reporting that an announcement could be forthcoming at January’s CES event in Las Vegas.
