The website paidContent.org is reporting that BNO News, of the popular @BreakingNews Twitter feed and the BNO iPhone app, is launching it’s business syndication venture, called BNO News Wire, and MSNBC.com has signed on as the first client. In addition, MSNBC.com will take over the management of the @BreakingNews Twitter feed starting next month, while BNO and its 20-year old Dutch founder Michael van Poppel will now focus on developing its subscription-based wire service to sell to news companies.

This makes me wonder. Is it the same folks?
Also, I have a feeling this will come with a price. You?
BreakingNews really brought some fun into the news and I believe it gave us folks on twitter a chance to be in the know first.
I’ll give it a compare after it’s been running a while.
Cheers,
Todd
important information. It’s really useful. Thanks
Hey Todd, this is the same folks that did the breakingnews twitter feed, which I loved…they came out with an iphone app a while back, but that is not free.
Now they are attempting to start a wire service, like the AP, and I am assuming the twitter feed, as we knew it, will cease to exist.
Thank you for leaving the comment!
