There is nothing I can add. The mental image of this teenage girl, walking down the street, obliviously texting her friend one second, then suddenly vanishing into a sewer the next is hilarious. (We can feel free to laugh because other than a few scrapes and some bruising to her ego, the girl was unharmed.)
There will undoubtedly be a lawsuit, however, as the girls’ mother is claiming that one of the teen’s shoes was unable to be recovered. I will let you know if I hear anything about how that goes.
In the meantime, don’t you wish somebody had a video of this? Everything else that ever happens seems to be caught on film. Oh well, the girl did manage to take a picture before they pulled her out:
