I would like to take a minute to address some of the challenges we face here at Exec, and show you why our commitment to overcoming them is your opportunity to work with a business partner that you can count on to save you money, and more importantly, keep your business running smoothly all the time.
The biggest challenge we face here at Exec Business Products, is that many people don’t realize we exist. We are centrally located in St. Louis County, and we have a network of warehouses that can ship anywhere in the country, usually within one or two days. We think our service is a breath of fresh air from our larger competition, and the fact that our prices are also better is just an added bonus for you.
Another challenge is the assumption that a small, independent local St. Louis company can not compete with the national chains on price. I say to people that we can compete with them on everything but their marketing budget. We have strategic partnerships that give us incredible buying power on everything from toner cartridges to back-up media, like LTO and DLT tapes, right down to custom printing and traditional office supplies. We get manufacturer direct pricing from most major vendors, like HP and Lexmark, and we pass the savings on. There are very few companies out there that can beat our buying power.
Another challenge we face is that people do not realize everything we can do for their company. They may buy their paper from us, but not realize we can save them money on their toners as well. We work hard to inform our customers about all of our capabilities. In short though, you name it, if you use it at work we can get it. Janitorial supplies, breakroom supplies, toner, MICR toner, ribbons, shredders, thermal ribbons and labels, data storage products, and on and on.
We also offer online ordering, printer management (the intelligent alternative to maintenence agreements) and recycling. There is almost no end to our capabilities.
Whether you work out of your home, or in an office with 1000 people, there is not much we can not do for your company, and we would love an opportunity to prove it to you.
